Taste and learn about the traditional, delicious fermented rice beverage of Japanese cuisine, sake. In this class, guests will sample different sake while our sake expert teaches about the varying flavor profiles. Guests will learn about the ancient fermentation process it requires to make delicious sake. Our sake expert will also teach about sake’s very old and interesting origins. Guests will leave this class with an appreciation and knowledge of sake.
